The Keltec P50 is such an interesting firearm honestly. It takes the idea of the P90 but makes it more concealable and 5.7 has better velocity and penetration than the standard 9x19 most sub machine guns use.

Ace you should checkout the new paracord angled grip, it's (technically) now the best grip for horizontal recoil, offers like 14-15% extra sprint out time, plus a few other movement and accuracy upsides with ZERO downsides (I'm willing to bet it's probably the best grip in the game now)

@@thereddeads It's mostly wrong though, the Kel Tec P50 is not an SMG, it's not automatic. It's a pistol that takes P90 5.7mm mags. The way the game presents the gun is wrong too, to reload you need to flip the entire top of the gun up and replace the magazine, there's no weird taking out of the side shit.
The P50 isn’t the “American [version] of [the] p90.” It’s just a gun that uses P90 mags, designed by the methed up Floridians at Kel Tec. They make so much blursed shit, and I love it.
The damage output is busted alone, but the fact you have a 50 round mag by default is just so over the top like it makes the majority of other smgs completely redundant
its super mediocre.. its not even as good as the worst pump action or m1014 from MW2 last year.. you can get hitmarkers point blank if you dont center mass the entire hip fire area
I think removing the 4 shot kill potential would kind of ruin this gun, I think a slight decrease in fire rate while still maintaining the very short 4 shot kill range would be a respectable nerf.
I'd say one thing you could do to balance this gun is kick the sprint out time in the knees. It already has slower mobility and handling, so why not add a slow sprint out time?
Yeah this thing is strong. Super fun to level up and use. Base version is already so good with 50 rounds. Recoil guides your aim towards the head if you aim for the chest. Super op for small maps.
just when we thought a 4 hits with a single headshot with the RAM-9 was too strong. they introduce a SMG that has a 4 hit to the body... sure ... also... the FFS hurricane is still a 5 hit kill in its max range at like 650RPM - HOW ?!

Even after the season it's unlockable, hell someone can drop you it in MWZ and/or DMZ and you unlock it after a successful Exfil. It's been like that since MW2. 3). God dammit reread #2. 4). Ace, could you confirm re: the reload speed by adding the gunnery vest as it comes with sleight of hand which increases the reload speed. It appears to be much faster.
Ace should really add numbers for the reload speed with mag holster for these guides. With this gun, Mag Holster dramatically increases the reload speed, and that would be a very useful piece of information to have in the video.
Why are these cod devs so bad at balancing weapons in these new cods? For every 1 gun they add 10 older guns become worthless. Would like to see a video from Ace on what weaker guns should be buffed(especially the MWII guns) and which ones need the biggest nerfs in his opinion.

I used it yesterday and it's insane. The recoil isn't an issue either. 50 rounds per magazine is insane as well. I'm very not a good player, but with this gun I could get a 2.0 k/d without much effort.
Cell shaded maps for a limited time playlist are fun, but they should not be added to regular playlists and the fact they added a new map that is just cell shaded rubs me the wrong way. I'm already disappointed how the Modern Warfare aesthetic has been ruined with skins, maps were the only part left alone. MW19 did it better in terms of presentation and aesthetic, even with the unrealistic skins. Those skins still felt grounded in reality instead of anime robots. Those bullshit skins kill the soul of the MP experience.

If they end up nerfing the shit out of that ttk potential, that will leave us once again with a burst gun from MW2 with a conversion kit being the fastest ttk SMG. I'm curious to see what they actually want the meta to be; for me I'm fine with the Static HV never being nerfed, it's only very slightly better than the Lachmann Shroud kit.

That first damage range is shotgun 1-shot range. I think it's fine. Second dmg range needs a headshot to get a 4 shot. I don't think it's OP but it is above average and a very good option against MCW users.
@@FlowKom His accuracy build already uses the long barrel. It doesn't have High Grain rounds. Adding the Super Sonic suppressor gets it to 10m. Still shotgun range. For that small gain, you start to sacrifice a good amount of handling.

I miss when Infinity Ward balanced out gun via the caliber. Weapons of the same caliber had similar recoil and stats, yet also had their own personality to make them different. Comparing this to the P90 (PDSW or whatever) and the FSS Hurricane both of which use the same round and both are smgs, this gun eclipses them both. At that point there's no reason to use either of them. SHG threw that mentality and balance out the window with "the next big thing".
I only like the 1 headshot to reduce ttk for slower killing guns to the body. Otherwise you give a gun with an average to above average ttk an even better ttk with no difficulty. It's why I hate the ram 9
Absolutely insane that this thing has a four shot potential.. Literally makes every every single smg in this game useless. This gun kills in just as many shots as the striker, but it shoots literally almost twice as fast.
Gosh i felt like in my experience this guns recoil is what turns me off but gosh this thing does melts...though since i finished my mp camo's on both brand new guns just gonna go on to finish the left over melee weapons and the stormender.
The real life reload is incredibly slow and awkward, if they had done it thay way that mighr have been an interesting way to partially balance it. Almost like the equivalent of a belt-fed gun for the SMG category.

The Static HV seems reasonably powered but its definitely strong. The STG 44 seems like it's way the eff too accurate/long range without some kind of drawback/weakness.
Static hv is a very versatile SMG, it’s got range, moderate recoil, and damage. It’s an AR in an SMGS body Stg is just strong long ranged but it’s okay in short bc of the rpm

I got my highest kills per game with it after unlocking at like 77 kills. No attachments, just base unlock. I wouldn’t say OP, but definitely hits harder than some of the other guns
This does need a nerf, but I really hope they keep its hip-fire/tac-stance and strafe potential, and nerf other areas. It's a small gun with a long reload, so I think it's fair it has some of the best mobility and accuracy characteristics
This thing is the most op gun in the game. Finslly came back after a month and remembered why i left, bunch of bs like this. Screw this game. 4 shot kill, incredibly fast rpm, and super fast strafe speed...its just insane how dumb the devs are

The AK-103 and StG-44: Both Assault Rifles have a rate of fire of 600 RPM and kill in four shots. This thing: An SMG that fires at 822 RPM also kills in four shots. Sledgehammer, I love you but PLEASE tell the team that balances your games to quit getting drunk at work.
In my opinion, I think the Static-HV has got some potential in the SMG category. Competitive TTK up close and personal, exceptional magazine capacity, and most of all, the aim walking movement speed is kinda fast with this gun. This one should be my new favorite SMG as does my second favorite weapon on my list in MWIII.
Annoying for players who only play 1 or 2 hours a week. Just was able to unlock the superi, ain’t gon play enough to unlock this and at a severe disadvantage when I do play. Not fun
it needs to feel like the lmg of all smgs, i like the idea of using 1 headshot to decrease it to a 4 shot kill but it should also have a quite slower ads speed and movement speed so that even if you are up close and personal, hipfiring might be a better bet which sacrifices accuracy and gives a better chance to the other guy
It’s great seeing you buying the blackcell pass. I know you partially do it for content creation but I know you refused to buy it until this game because of the lack of content it old games whereas in this game the content updates have been awesome. Glad you are supporting SHG, they are doing a great job this year and need to be rewarded

With the new suppressor and the new grip introduced, high recoil is never going to be an issue.
This gun has barely any depsite its stats, very easy to control

Ran this no stock and ya you miss some bullets but having the 50 round mag and the strafe speed makes it really hard to lose a fair gun fight

I can't wait for them to nerf the Static-HV and the STG-44 into the ground
This thing is the most op gun in the game. Finslly came back after a month and remembered why i left, bunch of bs like this. Screw this game. 4 shot kill, incredibly fast rpm, and super fast strafe speed...its just insane how dumb the devs are
So off topic but does anyone know where the deployable cover went?
People were using it to get outside of the map so they took it out temporarily until they fix it
I dont get why this thing is so strong when the Spas 12 was trash. Also the STG is ridiculously overpowered. I can't take this game seriously anymore.
Just waiting for this thing to get nerfed along with the STG44. These guns are way too OP and its the main guns that everyone uses.
The AMR9 Ettin kit still kills faster than this thing and out to nearly 20 meters.
After all of that saying how average and slightly below average its stats are. I was not expecting you to call this the best smg in the game because of a 4 shot kill at less than 10m
The AK-103 and StG-44: Both Assault Rifles have a rate of fire of 600 RPM and kill in four shots.
This thing: An SMG that fires at 822 RPM also kills in four shots.
Sledgehammer, I love you but PLEASE tell the team that balances your games to quit getting drunk at work.

In my opinion, I think the Static-HV has got some potential in the SMG category. Competitive TTK up close and personal, exceptional magazine capacity, and most of all, the aim walking movement speed is kinda fast with this gun. This one should be my new favorite SMG as does my second favorite weapon on my list in MWIII.
Static is beaten by 7 other SMGs up close lol
Annoying for players who only play 1 or 2 hours a week. Just was able to unlock the superi, ain’t gon play enough to unlock this and at a severe disadvantage when I do play. Not fun
Up close? Hell that thing kills faster than a lot of the AR's at distance! Yeah I think that might be too powerful a gun
they nerf the COr-45 no joke was my main weapons i have so much fun to play just pistol now im sad

9mm daemon is really solid in mwIII
it needs to feel like the lmg of all smgs, i like the idea of using 1 headshot to decrease it to a 4 shot kill but it should also have a quite slower ads speed and movement speed so that even if you are up close and personal, hipfiring might be a better bet which sacrifices accuracy and gives a better chance to the other guy
It’s great seeing you buying the blackcell pass. I know you partially do it for content creation but I know you refused to buy it until this game because of the lack of content it old games whereas in this game the content updates have been awesome. Glad you are supporting SHG, they are doing a great job this year and need to be rewarded
