📌 Walking Tour through the city of Caldas da Rainha, we walk through the streets of the city, showing the Caldense culture, whether through the tiles, the historic buildings or the movement in the city on a normal weekday. Caldas da Rainha is also famous for its obsession with the male genital organ. There are crockery, magnets, ceramics and even sweets in this format.
But, leaving aside this peculiar tradition, Caldas da Rainha is much bigger than that. That's where you'll find the oldest Thermal Hospital in the world! It was founded in 1485 by Queen D. Caldas da Rainha is 90km from Lisbon and 233km from Porto.
