  • I've found a really easy way to mix bentonite and all you need is a jar and a lid. I never liked using bentonite until I found this method, now it's just another ingredient in wine-making.

    Game changing. I have been suffering (well not really, they're still delicious, but you know what i mean) cloudy wines due to this one annoying process

      I use between 1tsp and 2tsp dry bentonite per gallon of wine.
