The storytelling with the band at the beginning is phenomenal imho. It shows that Walt/Heisenberg is making waves and turning heads. Which... Im his line of work may not be the best thing in the world 😳
Just in case you didn't see it mentioned yet, the song in the beginning is kind of an homage to the genre of music in mexico that is literally about cartel activity, with real events and people.
In some regions in Mexico there is a Narco culture, this includes music so.. the musical part at the beginning is some sort of Homenage Song by a Regional Mexican band a "Narcocorrido" to honor "the new sheriff in town"
My guy had an existential crisis over the song lol remember Hank mentioned after they stole the methylamine that they better hope the DEA got to them first before the cartel.
the song in intro is a referrence to the culture in Mexico like group of singer who sing glory of cartel or gang and its a real culture in south america the producers of this series is a genius
Los Cuates de Sinaloa are a Regional Mexican band led by cousins Gabriel and Nano Berrelleza. In 2008, they sang the song "Negro y Azul: The Ballad of Heisenberg", a song about the drug kingpin "Heisenberg" and the Mexican drug cartel.
It's funny how here Jesse can barely handle things when he was sent to take care of something but later he ends up saving a lot of situations when he really learns how to shoot a gun
There have been actual cartel druglords who commission an artist to write a song about them. And there was at least one famous singer who was killed by a cartel member who felt disrespected.
Talking to that kid with the low grades in his class made him think about Jesse and he thought what am I doing to this kid telling him to go handle it that's going to mess him up or put him in danger if I send him out with a gun to try to threaten somebody this kid isn't like that so he called him from his school to tell him not to even try to do it but too late Jesse already spent a whole day with those crack heads
Are you guys really talking to eack other as much as it seems during the episode? Or is it just the way the video is edited? I only wonder because you sometimes seem confused by something because you were talking when the characters were talking. BB is one of the most tightly written shows ever. There are no big gaps of nonsense and filler like on most other shows. Gotta pay attention to what's said. Just a suggestion. ❤
I can see why she wouldn't tell Walt about grabby hands. I'm pretty sure my wife knows a felony assault would follow me finding out someone messed with her.
9:42 I always felt that even for the time period this took place, Jesse and his boys were outdated by a few years. Style *and* how they talk. But then my wife pointed put to me once that the guys where she lived in the US were talking and dressing just like that well into the late 2000s/early 2010s 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ Like y'all said though... cringe 😬
Yes, and she couldn't just get another job, because she's pregnant and no other company would've hired her. So she had to pull this stunt with Benecke, calling a favor
19:16 bro got literal shivers😂 Danny Trejo's head on a turtle will haunt my nightmares forever

This is the moment Walter white became Heisenberg 🤓

The song in the beginning is called a narcocorrido, it's a real thing. The best groups, their lyrics are all true.
My guy had an existential crisis over the song lol remember Hank mentioned after they stole the methylamine that they better hope the DEA got to them first before the cartel.
"Them boys from Juarez"
Yeah, Walt had no idea what he was getting into 🤣🤣🤣
@@ViraL_FootprinT.ex.e I was pretty lost on who that was or why it was a big deal, up until I watched Netflix's Narcos lol. Crazy stuff.
@@XxXDestroyer Narcos is based in Columbia, not Mexico.
@@ajs8873 They have 3 seasons of Narcos Mexico, it was released after the 3 seasons in Columbia.
@@XxXDestroyer oh yeah! The Felix Gallardo series. Totally forgot about that.
It was the actor you were thinking of, they just swerved everyone by not having him in the show that long. Basically just a fun cameo.
