The same could be said about Essie’s collection. I’ve gotten to the point where I am passing on many Essie collections and instead picking only the colors that are not like others in my collection. I like your descriptions where you include the name, number and description of each polish. Very helpful. Thank you!
Zoya used to be my favorite and most collected brand until they increased their prices to give us 5 polishes and a lip gloss as a collection and a fancy magnetic gift box and packaging that just ends up in the recycle bin. Not to mention they don’t give us regular buyers many perks or exclusive deals, like Orly does.
My favorite is Lena. I love to layer jelly polishes and the color is beautiful! I do agree that Zoya does have a lot of similar colors. I agree with you about the 6 polishes instead of 5 with a lip gloss.
The shades are nice. I like Kit and Gwen but I probably have similar ones in my collection and will probably skip it. Sometimes I think they keep bringing out these shades for new collectors. Lovely swatches!
Zoya has never been a brand that I navigate too. I really dislike that they charge extra for that wide brush. We should have the option at checkout as to what brush we want and they just stick it in and not charge extra.
I ordered the Elsa shade. Love the sparkles! 💙 Did you see Rogue Laquer’s Imagineer collection? I watched it on Pampered Polish. Pretty sure you have it. 💕
I’m swatching this right now and was befuddled by Lena. So I’m like, “Let me check out Janixa’s video!” The first thing I hear you say is, “What??” 🤣🤣🤣
You could be pushing down too hard. I find that you need to kind of float the brush over your nail, applying almost zero pressure. Also, wait a minute or two before applying the top coat, especially if you apply thick coats of polish.
I always have to take the brand description of colors (every brand, not just Zoya) with a grain of salt. For instance, Tyler is not "indigo" -- which is an almost black, intense blue. You're right that Elsa is the star of the show -- in this release, the other shades (while pretty) are nothing unique. I have tens of each of them already. And I do notice (this is not meant to be good or bad, just an observation) that Zoya's formulas are all over the place. While I enjoy the variety in that, you have to really know what you're getting into. An unexpected jelly, or matte finish, or runny or thick, whatever, can spoil my mood if I don't know ahead of time that that is what I'm getting in the bottle.
I completely 1000% agree with you. I really wish brands would give us an indicator on the bottles if the polish has a special finish. I don’t understand why they don’t.
Elsa looks Amazing on you!!🤩🤩💅🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾✔️
Thank you! 💙

Oh I didn’t like the Essie spring collection this year. Thank you for watching!

Ahh yes the packaging is unnecessary.
I like glitter and seeing my nail through glitter. Jellies have their place in the nail world, lol💛 I love all polish though 💅🏾😅
That place is far from me. 😂😂
Love your hair. They're ok. I use to love the pixie by Zoya. Kit is nice...I may have to get it. 🤔
Thank you! ❤️
Love your honesty!! I agree, and I'm really getting bored with Zoya, have been for a while, same colors over and over!! But you do a great job!
Thank you!
Zoya has a scattered holo? Shocked. It’s beautiful. I do hate jellies but love the wisteria color. Love this collection.
I hate jellies too!
This is an interesting take on spring. I agree that Kit was the best of the bunch. Thank you as always for really honest reviews.
Thanks for watching!
Beautiful colors, love Zoya!
❤️❤️❤️

So glad there’s no lip gloss!
Lena in this collection is a good match for the “Friends” purple!
Ah yes it is!

It doesn’t make sense to bring these similar shades out back to back. Once a year maybe but every collection? No.
@@naillacquertherapy I agree. One plus is I'm saving money, lol!

I completely agree.
I agree, the color story is amazing..... but we have seen these colors before!
And all together over and over again lol

Have it and swatch it! 💁🏻♀️
Ah no I don’t have that one! But I did review the Sweet Dreams collection. 😍
Girl I watch all your videos. 💁🏻♀️💅 Keep slaying! 💜

😂😂 Someone made a mistake there for sure. Lena is a jelly lol
@@naillacquertherapy To me it’s like a crelly type formula they use for neons. Pretty, but misleading. 🤣
Could you teach us how to use Seche Vite? Or any other top coat? I spend a lot of time in my nails and EVERYTIME I apply seche vite I ruin it lol.
Ruin it how?
@@naillacquertherapy I apply it while the polish is still wet but the seche vite moves the polish around.

I think their spring collection from last year was better than this one 😗 beautiful swatches as always!
I liked the blue in that collection! Thank you ❤️

I had high hopes for the purple, but can't stand anything matte.
Not even if you add a top coat?
@@naillacquertherapy That does help!
Colors are getting very repetitive in all nail polish lines..
Yes and it makes me sad.
I really hate Zoya. None of their releases are unique or interesting. And the fact that you have to pay extra for a wide brush is crazy.
I wish they’d give us more creative collections.
