    I have suffered from intermittent back spasms in this region for the past 8mos following knee replacement surgery, I will be attempting some of the non-kneeling stretches and exercises in hopes to improve, thanks!

    Hi, I just subscribed. Please can you advise me the best way to loosen up a tight stiff lower back when l wake up in the morning, l without having to see a Chiropractor

    After all, nothing helps me more than 60 minutes on a crosstrainer. It doesn't explicitly train the back but it works. I dunno.
