Crazy how you have to go all the way back to the 1991 World Series for the Twins most recent playoff walk-off, yet their second most recent walk-off? The day before when Puckett hit a walk-off homerun to send it to game 7.

I have no idea why Pena didn't go after Hrbek. I mean after Puckett parked one just 24 hours earlier I get why he'd IBB Puckett, but Herbie was not hitting his best in that series. Bringing Larkin up with two outs and runners on the corners was a much less certain situation than bringing him up with one out and the bases loaded - a situation where he only had to hit one over the heads of the double-play depth infield to score Gladden from third (and Gladden was a great sprinter, as shown earlier in that inning when by sheer grit and running speed he turned a broken-bat bloop single into a double).

5:57 One of my top 5 favorite Yankee memories of all-time! Keep in mind I was born in 1993 and caught on in 2002 so I very sadly missed out on the glory days of the 90s.

That's too bad, I was a kid in 96 and stuck onto the the Yankees right before they went on their run. Tino Martinez was my guy. I abandoned the Yankees after dumping Tino for Giambi before the 02 season so you picked up where I left off

8:15 BAD MEMORIES! Aaron Boone's walk off in game 7 of the ALCS gets milked like a cow and it was a historic home run, don't get me wrong, that was a GREAT memory. However, no one wants to talk about how AWFUL he was the rest of the playoffs. Game 4 of the World Series, no one wants to talk about him grounding out with runners on 1st and 3rd with 2 outs in the 9th inning or him striking out with the bases loaded in the 11th inning. Had he come through in either of those situations, this part would not be in this video and the Yankees would've had a 3-1 lead in the series. I also don't know why Joe Torre brought in Jeff Weaver in the 11th inning when that dude was a straight up pitching machine!

Trevor Hoffman's kryptonite was tied ball games.
As a 40+ year Padres fan, I enjoyed his entire career.
If he came in with a 1-3 run lead, it was game over. *"Hells Bells!"*
