I've gigged the old version TB1000 for about 4 years now, absolutely love it. Constant compliments on the tone (Ric 4003 to TB1000 to custom 2x12 cabinet). I'm sure this new version maintains the same tone.

No. A single 4 ohm cab or two 8 ohm cabs.
