Murphy's character development and his relationship with Emori and hell even Emori's character carry this entire season especially recently, I'm not lying. It is powerful.
@10:00 I didn’t realize this at first BUT I figured the reason why Ice Nation was so strong and ruthless and had been at war with Trikru for many years. It was because of Cadogan’s son and daughter. He mentioned his son never came back when he was sent to retrieve the flame from his daughter. Thus, these two tribes were created. Black war paint vs white war paint. I’d watch the prequel because I love this storyline, so many questions still need to be answered although the writing is 100% great but I’m curious to see what’s next.
This exactly was Clarke's fear since the 5th season when Bellamy help put the flame inside Maddie. A mother is always afraid of her child dying. She would do anything to save her and that's exactly what she did. But people don't know the future and Clarke didn't know that even after killing Bellamy she would fail to protect Maddie. That's not her fault. It's called life. But yeah the writers could have done a much better job. They fucked up
The actor who plays Murphy is so good. You guys have got to watch his earlier show Continuum. Rana, you have to talk them into reacting to that amazing series
Last couple of episodes of the series made me feel iffy about the series of the whole, but your reactions in the past couple episodes remind me about good parts that I really liked instead of focusing on the stuff I didn't like like Bellamys death and the way it was handled. Can't wait to see what you guys think about the finale and how I will relect back on it.
Right lmfao. Murphy is understandable, but Clarke is too far gone? Goofy double standard there. Murphy would tear the whole place down if it was for Emori lol.
@@ch5635 I mean if you think about it Clarke has only known madi intimately for a maximum of 4 years ,and she has made some pretty bad decisions( most of them including betraying her friends to save Madi against her will

I wouldn’t worry too much about agenda handprint on the floor. That’s a story for the prequel, same with what happened with the 3 other Eligius mission teams.
The better way was to let Bellamy live and in this episode he could have been the one that helps Clarke and Octavia be pulled to Bardo .. I feel it was clearly was supposed to be like that and even all his Levitt scenes helping them and during the war in the next episode.. it would have been a better end for Bellamy.
I love the beginning hate convo on Game of Thrones what a throw back.. I feel that. Pat says so much shit lmao I wonder if he has meaning behind what he says
Emori let the gang fry that guy in that machine when they were trying to make the dark blood thing that would help them survive prime fire whatever I don't remember but she lied about him and let them test on him until he died. NO ONE IS INNOCENT.
I was going to comment in the 7x13 reaction, but I'm going to comment now: Bellamy betraying his friends was not out of character. It's the guy who betrayed his friends by siding with Pike, the guy who participated in a massacre that killed 300 innocents, the guy who helped to arrest his sister's boyfriend for no reason, the guy who put all the blame of what happened at Mount Weather at Clarke (his best friend) even though he knew she blamed herself for it and was just as guilty as she, the guy who promised Clarke he wouldn't let anyone put the Flame on Madi and then put psychological pressure on Madi to accept the Flame, the guy who told his sister he wanted her to die, the guy who abandoned his sister to die on an unknown planet just because he couldn't forgive her mistakes (while he forgave other friends and was easily forgiven). The things he did this season were not out of character, he was always a bad character.
100% AGREE WITH YOU! He was a character that could not be trusted. Always blamed others and his pain was always greater than that of others. Anyway, he got what he deserved!
@@sophiaarmendariz5691 A small sentence does not justify a whole trajectory! If he were a complex character, fine. But he is not! Actually he was always a one-dimensional character. I know it's a matter of perspective, but for me he was always an annoying and irrelevant character...different from Octavia's journey, that in the beginning she was a girl that "nobody knew" and then she became a great leader..this is character development!
@@carolinaferreira2473 disagree, sorry but I believe ur just biased, this whole season was so out of character for him. It basically throws his entire arc of season 5 and 6 out of the water. It makes no sense for him to go off the rails, like yeah I know what ur trying to justify but you also have to remember the things he also did in the later season that redeem him. If ur going to use your logic to justify that Octavia has a good story arc, use that same logic for Bellamy too. He isn’t my favorite character but I can see how poorly written his character arc was this season. If anything how they wrote his story shows me what NOT to do as a tv show writer. It was cheaply done and for the 100 I had high standards so this was just very disappointing.
@18:24 this is the reason why Clarke killed Bellamy, to protect Madi. But he died for nothing because of Shitheida snitched on them. Also, he was a Commander, why didn’t Cadogan put him on M-cap to dig his memories instead? Maybe he was a dicktator so his previous Commanders chose not to share memories with him? I need some answers :(
Comparing this to game of thrones is not fair. I honestly believe the actor did not want to become the "big bad" asked for his character to be killed off and to have that part handed off to Sheidheda.
There was a big controvesy regarding the last scene of this episode because several fans had an anxiety crisis watching and the production had no responsibility. They made a scene of a child in a vegetative state after being tortured with her desperate mother screaming for her and considering killing her to end her suffering and didn't put any trigger warning at the beginning of the episode. Jason Rothenberg and Kim (who wrote this episode) received a lot of criticism, and many platforms refused to give their opinions on the episode. They were also heavily criticized because Eliza Taylor, the actress who plays Clarke, suffered a miscarriage just a few weeks before shooting this scene (sorry for my English, I'm not fluently).
I’m really interested to see their reaction to the finale. I’m still kinda iffy but I can tell you that I love everything up too the last 5-6 minutes of the finale.
Madi wasn't squeaky clean either she shot one convict and slashed the throat of another to keep Clarke from shooting him which would've alerted the bad guys they had returned to the valley and she led the battle as the commander ]:P
Levit is level 11 out of 12, of course he's going to kick everyone's ass. And no, Clarke never went "dark". She became a mother. She spent more time with Madi than any of the other ones and became her parental figure. She's in full mommy mode, meaning she'd put her over everyone else, including herself. Bellamy did the same with Octavia, and Octavia eventually does the same with Hope. That's why Octavia understands where Clarke was coming from. She knew how much she cared about Bellamy, but she also knew that she'd put Madi over him if she feels like she has to choose between the two - and that's exactly what happened. Just because Clarke failed in that moment doesn't mean she didn't try. Honestly, people take their fanboyism for their characters way too far. We saw the same with Lincoln and Lexa and everyone just spews their conspiracy theories to rationalize their feelings. It's kinda culty and nuts.
