The 1st beep u run 20m and at the 2nd beep u need to be at the 20m mark or as the picture states point D. The next beep u need to be back at the start point B. Next beep u are going sideways to point C and should be there when the next beep hits. And the next beep u need to be back at the start at B and repeat. Check some other videos and u'll see
@@SpecXify I figured it out, thanks alot. I will sustain on 22-24th of February this test and I have to resist at least 10 minutes for the lowest grade. (for the 4th division in Romnia / 5th division being the last)
