Thanks Ed, there isn't a whole lot of footage online of the branch and it will most likely close in the next few years so I thought I should film while I could:)
Thanks Ciarán, it certainly did:) We asked for permission in the house and the lovely lady living there had absolutely no issue with us filming there which is good for future reference:)
Can this track be upgraded and used as a new passenger line to connect Navan with the Dundalk to Dublin Connolly line? Is there opportunity for a new station south of Slane on this line? Also, it looks as if little upgrading is needed as it is already taking a lot of weight with there ore freight carriages.
Brilliant if only there was a train in duleek that transported people to Dublin etc. it would be so helpful back in the past in duleek wasn't there trains that transported people before it was closed down? I read it in Wikipedia
aaaand again :D awesome shots there! nice spots to film too, great sound aswell :) btw are you on holiday or something? you really keep those videos coming in the last weeks! :)

superb footage man nice to see the semaphores still in action
Thanks a million Joseph, we all missed the semaphore going down at five past twelve unfortunately.

All closed railway lines should be reopened sooner rather then later.
