Had to re-read that one , it is true In German we also have a similar saying that goes like Erbsenzählerei Counting peas in English People who focus all their energy in tiny things instead of looking into the bigger picture When you are doing fine art or mechanics it is sometimes useful sure but in training the basics are logically the most intelligent you can do Thank You Gregory for inviting Dan John , I've learnt so much I have to digest and think about it in the long term Really truths are spoken here for living life itself 🤜🤝🙏

EXCELLENT interview. Dan John is a gold mine of strength training (his "expert in 6 seconds bit" was priceless), and your channel is fast becoming a go-to for my own training.
Disc golf is one of those markets that is surging but hasn’t peaked yet. Especially internationally. I know of one guy who’s program is called Disc Golf Strong which is largely mobility based (using a frisbee for halos, and badminton racquets to simulate drag of throwing The frisbee). Would love to hear you reacting to his videos.
