    Got the app, and book mark every workout I come across. We do cardio, dance, bodyweight mobility/workouts, jump rope, and lebestark kettlebell workouts.

      The Maximum Weight the US Postal Service will deliver is 70lb (32kg)
      The Maximum weight FedX/UPS will deliver is 150lb (68kg).
      I know this because I've bought kettlebells and had to make arrangements with the US PS to pick them up at the Post Office.
      I've also had to present when FedX came with my 150lb.

    hello coach, big babba flow, is it a crossfit flow? I registered in a crossfit box two months ago, for three months. During an open door day, I saw they had a lot of kettlebells, with two monsters of 56kg and two others of 68kg. It was the main reason I subscribed in this box. Two months now I do farmers walks with the 56 kg. Best method to become powerful like a bull. Tomorrow I will try your big babba flow with the monsters of 68kg, I never trained with them......the 56 KG become easy for me. Thanks for your infos, very challenging and very inspiring, kudos.....

    If you cannot afford heavy Kettlebells for farmers walk then try using 2 cheap bags of lawn fertiliser or 2 bags of sand etc. Can get 20 or 25kg bags of each.
    Hold 1 corner of the bag which will also help your grip strength.
