Chocolate chip cookie cake SO GOOD!

Hey guys!
Here is one of my favorite cakes. A chocolate chip cookie cake! It is so delicious and I hope you make it.

I used a 10 inch springform pan lightly greased
Cake ingredients:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk (Any milk works)
1 and 1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups chocolate chips
Icing ingredients:
4-6 Tablespoons powdered sugar
2-3 Tablespoons milk or water
