I agree, no reason to risk people at this point. I mean look at what happened to Brooks. Some guys probably have nagging injuries and the smart business decision is to just sit them so it doesn't become a chronic injury or something worse.
I understand sitting Chuba. We need to protect him fir next season because we have no back up RB. Bryce? Perhaps it's about keeping Plummer as back up next season if he does well the next 2 games? Plus we can get Blackshear and Boone some real time reps? We aren't tanking. We are going to razzle dazzle with our back up walk on and that's the bottom line!
I hope Bryce playes in both of these games. He needs to get better and playing will do that. And their division foes. And I am going to Atlanta to see them play next Sunday. LET'S GOOOOOO KEEP POUNDING
It feels to me that there are some nagging injuries, in addition to existing serious inquiries, that have accumulated and being where we are it's just the safest way to go, that may also provide some draft position bonus. I'm kinda surprising myself when I say that I don't really have a problem with it. Weird for me.
If Hubbard and jewell have some big issues it makes sense that they’re out. More throws for Bryce, I think he’ll have a great game. I am starting him in the fantasy championship (yes I have balls of steel)
Yea, 4 wins is as much as you can have to stay in the top10 of the draft. Its obvious we're not gonna risk next years starters. Id be surprised if Bryce only plays the first half. I did change my draft kings RB pick to Boone tho...
Promising? 2 blowouts in the last 3 weeks. The two times our defense played well against good teams, the offense couldn’t capitalize. BY is still struggling to produce and the defense is flirting with historic futility. They aren’t tanking. I think they’re just protecting their investments. Chuba should be protected because he’s the biggest bright spot on offense.
I never understood this tanking talk. Players have no incentive to tank since they may not even be on the team next season and it would only make them look bad. I mean when that 49er quit on his team there was outrage from the players, executives, media and fans about him quitting..so how is tanking any different?
I think (hope) they are trying to see which of these extra dudes they want to retain or cut ties with. We have been banged up all year, and we are out of the playoffs. So, it is what it is.
I guess they’re letting people play for a roster spot 2025. Why not I know the draft capital will help if we lose. I think we’ll beat the falcons and have a top 5 pick though.
This is pathetic. Finish out the season and compete, especially against 2 division opponents. That'll do more for your culture. I can understand saving players for the playoffs, but if your resting players for next season(when we'll probably suck next season too) that is a new nfl low. So much for keep pounding
I honestly think our top 3 hopefuls (Carter, Graham, McMillian) will be gone by the time we pick. If that's so I say trade back and get picks this year because there is a lot of talent this year. Hell maybe snatch a few picks for next year lol. If you don't post before hope you and your family have a happy and safe new year.

This will be a good opportunity to keep our stars healthy for next season and evaluate our depth.
What stars do we have?
@@Stoopidpolicedon’t do that, coker, XL, chubva, horn. Promising young dudes
Bryce was on JJ Jansen's Cart Talk today. It was a good episode.
He’s funny!!!!
I really don't think they are taking. I think the Panthers just don't see the point in putting guys out there who are nicked up. Just my opinion.

About finishing strong, hopefully they can do that next week
I have confidence in boone and blackshear today boone and blackshear are pretty fresh

We arent getting a top 5 pick if we win one of the final two games
I'm always for trying to win .seen this organization passss right over great drafters even when available

Lot of meat and potatoes talent maybe not blue chip according to draft experts. I’ll have an EX NFL scout on the show soon, you guys get it first
And happy new year! New episode Monday!
Ward, Sanders, Hunter will go in the top 5. I'ii be shocked if one of those 3 you listed wasn't available.
@digittbr1688 with the way the order is now maybe. Teams that were trying to tank for QBs won this weekend.
Giving tampa their playoff shot is my guess
Play the bench to see what you have for 2025.
