There are plenty of established and enlightened beings talking about it with as much clarity what you’ve learned here. In fact you can dwell deeper and practically explore by yourself if you are fortune enough to find one such person and sit with him with long term unconditional commitment. These things are pretty common and very easily accessible in Bharath, though not visible in clear sight. All you need is strong desire and quest to explore, also patience. Things will happen to you in ways least expected. This is from my own personal experience.
damn ! i had seen this guy and he had been active in teachings n recently n some podcasts , but he had been always down to earth very accurately spoken .Never took any unwanted credits or even if some one tried to do that he always chalked it off. In Hinduism there's a concept of kalpataru tree, they say mind is like the kalpataru tree, if you've even a bit of spirituality inside you, positive or negative, whatever you think becomes real or you attract them just with your thoughts, it happens without you knowing. So whenever you feel like I was afraid this is going to happen, it happened possibly because you thought about it in the first place. That's why it's very important to dwell into positive things and thoughts. Sure you get in touch with the negative side from time to time, just to get familiarised or getting used to it, but it's very important to know when and how to withdraw. Keep your mind and soul into something positive like an ishtadev, it's like having a safe place where you can come back to if things go out of the hand. 🥰
In addition to Arthur Avalon’s books mentioned here, I suggest reading the book “Tantra Illuminated” by Christopher Wallis (Hareesh). It’s a masterpiece in itself and gives the history of Tantra along with its core principles
