Hi, i got a 2011 hyundai h1 with a d4cb engine. I can use the pump on the filter to pump out diesel, but i dont get any fuel up to the injectors when i am pumping or crancking the engine. Could it be a sensor on the high pressure pump or the commonrail sensor thats needs replaced? Or can the chain be on the wrong place? Or any other tips for me to fix this problem? Its no engine fault light in the dash that lights up eighter.

thanks for the video. I just wonder if this type of HP pump does not need timing?

You don't need to put any lubricant on the chain while installing it, it is designed to lubricate it self when the engine starts.

      Thanks for watching our channel
You don't have to remove the high pressure fuel pump sprocket for removing cylinder head, just align the timing chain with timing marks as i did then remove the timing chain tensioner, timing chain guides and timing chain that will give clearace to remove the timing chain rear cover by removing the timing chain rear cover bolts, once you remove the bolts the timing chain rear cover will come off passes over the pump sprocket (the timing chain rear cover hole is big enough to come off without removing the high pressure fuel pump sprocket.

Removing the cylinder head does not have any link to the high pressure fuel pump, you don't need special tool high pressure fuel pump is secured from behind with 3 bolts even if you remove timing chain from the camshafts sprockets and high pressure fuel pump sprocket the pump is still secured.

Hello, I own a Kia Cerato 1.6 crdi 136 HP vehicle. My car is at 86,000 km. Diesel is mixed with the engine oil, the oil level is constantly rising. There is no problem in the operation of my vehicle, the idle is normal, there is no noticeable black or white smoke from the exhaust. It works immediately with a single start in the morning, there is no problem. The technician said it could be the DPF and he removed the DPF and cleaned it in the machine. The DPF was around 40% full, but it was still cleaned. But that was not the solution either. Engine oil level continues to rise in my vehicle. I think there is no problem with diesel injectors because there is no indication of injector failure. The vehicle engine has a timing chain. Could it be from the high pressure diesel pump seal? Or what could be the problem? Could you help? Urgent. Thanks in advance
