My Mom used to make stew/stewed beef but it never looked this good, oy! I'll try Joe's recipe as soon as I "cook down" what meats I have in the freezer, that have to be used....I promise! I love this Instructional type of video, too. Very well done! Oh, rinsing beef/meat in vinegar and water isn't just a Caribbean thing. I know people who have lived in the Deep South (USA) who do the same thing, to rid the meat of any surface toxins(or so I've been told)
