Truth and honesty through it all. That’s why we watch. No one ever hits a home run at every bat. If they say they do you know they are lying. You keep fishing. We will keep watching. Truth is better then BS always. Stay safe. God Bless.

Hang in there brother we are all here praying and sticking with you hell or high water. Murray gets pounded and has been getting pounded for weeks. I have used some off the wall stuff to catch them. My theory is do everything opposite of what the others do. I live by Santee those fish are jacked up they are trying to figure out how to live in the grass I believe. Thank god DNR is bringing it back. Santee was getting ready to get real bad and there isn’t a good population of fish in there right now. Grass spread out what fish are there. Keep your head up and keep on grinding. You got this.

I'm not a herring lake fisherman but schooling fish are schooling fish. My dad and I use to cast a spoon at schooling fish if they wouldn't hit on top. If that didn't work we'd throw a Rocket Shad at them.
This video is as real as it gets about the unpredictability of tournament fishing, or fishing itself.
Constantly pulling for you my friend.

Hallman, glad you figured out that light jighead deal. I fish Lanier a whole bunch and in the spring that is a sneaky deal that a lot of guys power fishing overlook. I caught over 21 pounds this past weekend doing that exact same thing. For those schoolers?! Next time you stumble across them throw a vision 110+1 junior and work it as fast as you can. A lot of times you can pick a few out of a school like that. And if all else fails throw a Carolina rig.. my papa catches a hell of a bunch of fish out of the back of my boat throwing that on the herring lakes. Don’t know why but it flat gets them.

Only thing I can say is I've had this happen before and I had to match what they were eating which was a VERY VERY small baitfish fluke style bait on drop shot. I think zoom makes them they like 2" long. I know other companies make some but anyways that was my experience if it helps Bradley. Good luck bro just keep your head up fish your strengths nomatter what!

I was just wondering during practice did you catch any point fish or were you made mainly locating points that have fish? I know in most tournaments you don't want to catch any but in tournament that have schools of 50 fish probably should have tried to catch a few. Keep up the good work love the videos

Really pulling for you and feeling bad for you on the last 2 events. I watched the guys who were catching them on live and it seemed that they were working all of their baits SUPER FAST. From what I understand the herring being a native saltwater fish is way faster swimming than shad and the bass have gotten accustomed and prefer the herring over the shad and that requires a much faster retrieve. What do the other competitors tell you?

man I grew up on that lake
    I'm 50
bass fishing that lake all my life
    hope this helps
    1. leave them alone on bass jumping top water ( yes with double fluke are triple fluke u can get them to bit))
    2. find cane off the side of points ( use a fluke with a bream weight are lead shot)
    8 inches from fluke
get down to the cane and stay like drop shot...
"""" u stay for 20 mins no bit move to next one """
but the golden ticket is little river to get 7 to 10lb bass u just need to find deep point with brush not cane on little river but trees put out by crappie guys
I have a ton on that lake and trust me the winner on mlf did what I said above
he was told by a buddy of mine oooooo years ago told

I don't want you to take this wrong I am not by any means a pro but I sight fish a ton. I notice you not fishing while looking. 2 thing I just want to point out. You 100% can catch a fish while looking and sometimes it'd actually a good way to catch the female like making long cast ahead the boat while looking. Again I am not being a know it all or criticizing you I am respectfully pointing it out.
