If you're new to my channel, my name is Daniel Masaba. I am a retired medical doctor, the Founder and Director of Farm Up. It's a farming enterprise that did over $1,500,000 in revenue last year and is on course to beat that this year. We mainly focus on poultry farming, that's breeding day old chicks for supply to farmers, and production of table eggs on a large scale. But, how did I get here?
2016: Graduated as a doctor at 24.
2019: Started my first poultry farm with 800 chickens on borrowed land.
2021: Co-founded a breeder farm with a partner on 400 acres of land
2021: Resigned from my job as a doctor to focuss on my businesses
2022: Passed $1,000,000 in annual revenue from the poultry business
2024: Started the Farm Up Academy to help othe poultry farmers start and scale their farms.

Brother, I have been farming with layers for the past 12 months, buying point of lay hens. Since watching your videos, I finally got the courrage to buy day old broilers. Today I have 3 weeks old 97 broilers and 99 1 week old chicks. Thank you for the inspiration. I am still starting out. That poltek competition price will go a long way for me. Thank you in advance
People generally get inoculations if they know they are going to another area, while our chickens get vaccines to get them ready in the rush. . . There are some good bacteria in the compost pile of the aerated chicken waste; this makes it to the apple farm and helps the apple trees to grow. Slowly as they do for tomorrow's generations benefits. The cows goat's and sheep 🐏🐑 are pleasantly surprised 😯 by the fallen apple's after the thunder ⛈️ storms. And the sleeping trees 🌱🌼 spring to life 🧬😀

How many kilometers should other animals be away from your Chicken coop?
And also I heard others saying broilers coop should not be close to layer coop, how many kilometers should they be away from each other?
