I hate when I forget to put stuff away in the slow cooker and have to throw it away! I went to the farmers market yesterday in hopes to get more goats milk. I can buy a half gallon for $5 and it is so sweet a creamy. Normally we drink whole cow milk. But our veggie guy was there so I got some jalapenos and sweet banana peppers and 4 cucumbers for $5 I was also hoping the guy that sells the salsa would be there to get some more but he was not. I finally have some tomatoes and cucumbers growing but I am waiting for my squash of every type to flower. My potatoes and red onions appear to be doing well and well as the garlic and ginger butt all of that is underground so we will have to wait and see.
We went to the county fair yesterday! I was disappointed lol! I had to high of expectations! There was someone selling jams and jelly's and I could not believe the prices. I realize prices have gone up but they had 4 oz containers for like $4 dollars. I was shocked considering how easy it is to make lol! And also because I would think that almost everyone who lives in these small towns already makes there own jams and jellies! They did have a couple of booths where I got a free tiny first aid kit to keep in the car which was awesome. I think it was from the health department. And the Department of Natural Resources (Forestry) was there and I got a rubber olive drab bracelet that says I ♥ Smokey and a cute magnet for the fridge of Smokey the Bear!
Aww! My son went with a group from work to a fair and it was like $10 to get in $20 for 2 hours of rides and he said he'd give it 0/10 LOL! Too expensive, too loud, and the rides made him sick and around everyone else that was sick. LOL!
Did you take your frugal wedding video down. I can't find it . I wanted to comment on it that it is a joy to hear a great wedding story! Not many people stay together! They go into it with divorce as an option! I totally disagree!i have been married to my soul mate for 30 years ! Our story is different than your ! But the main thing is that Jesus is the center of our marriage!

@@SodbusterLiving lol Ours was $5 to park and free to walk in. I think they had a special of 4 hours for $25 for rides but we didn't go on any.
In our house for someone’s birthday they get to pick what we have for supper and what cake they want.
Its so much fun for them to get to pick out!
