    I have purchased the Pro model on 31/03/2023 with a discount of Rs 64,000/- thereby costing me around 1,99,000/- on road which also includes extended warranty for the engine (Insurance was done by myself extra Rs.5,500/-). I was sceptic about the mileage and performance as the engine was new and that its power was just 24.1 bhp and 25.6 nm of torque against the 293 cc, though it's sharp, sculpted racing looks were appealing. However, I found its 4 valve engine powerful enough as its power to weight ratio was awesome with its kerb weight of just 153 kgs. It is a bliss to drive in city as it is nimble and agile with nice ground clearance and a small turning radius and ofcourse it is fully loaded with features like Golden USD forks, Dual channel ABS, Radial tyres, Selectable Traction control, Slipper clutch, Full LED setup with Hazard lights, Full Digital display with BT connectivity, Gear position indicator, Distance to empty, Real time mileage, Side stand auto cut off, C type Charging port, ofcourse the Glide through technology (bike moves slowly when on gear with out giving acceleration when clutch is not given) and last but not least with saddle at just 789cm and ground clearance of 177cm which is very impressive.
    I joined a couple of my friends with their RE Himalayan on highways and some intermittent villages for a day trip of 300 kms with a few places of halts. It was before the 1 st service and hence kept it between 70 and 80 kmph. I was surprised to get around 43-44 kmpl. Though the suspensions were a bit on a tougher side, I never felt fatigue or a sore arm. Later, I checked in the city and found it to give about 32 kmpl which is too good.
    I had its first service done after 500 kms at the Bigwing (for premium bikes) and was charged Rs.2,000/- which included the replacement of engine oil, oil filter, O ring and also chain lubrication. Now I am getting around 33-34 kmpl in city and have to take it for long distances to see how much it is going to give now? Just waiting for the summer to end... :). After my 1st service, I had joined a day trip of about 200 kms (both ways-half the distance highway and the rest through rough patches) with a female pillion rider, cruised around 70-90 kmph, tested the top speed a couple of times with pillion rider and got 136 kmph on speedo 👍 and could get about 40 kmpl from the trip. For now I am feeling great with the bike and it's service, have to see in the long run...but again Honda is renowned for its life and service.
    One downside I felt very bad is....there is very little options for aftermarket accessories and Honda doesn't even have an engine guard for this model. Probably Honda is no more interested in this model due to low sales.
    I guess still it is definitely a better option in comparison to Gixer 250, FZ 25 and even Dominar 250 for that matter as to price (atleast at the discounted price), power, features and owner's satisfaction.

      i OWN THIS BIKE, IN HIGHWAY IT GIVES 43KMPL, IN CITY 33KMPL. RIDE LIKE A MENIAC THEN IT WILL GIVE 29 ONLY

    Price kills this bike. I bought CB300R and its the only bike in my city. Nobody bought it in my city. Due to low sales numbers, honda has not even brought its accessories. Pricing is so important in Indian market

      Ye sab Honda ki nazaro mein apni image kharab kar chuke hain, saath mein bharat ke sabhi bikers ki image mitti mein mila kar hi maanege.
      Inko kuch nahi hoga, inko toh bas tvs jupiter hi lena hai, bhugatna honda fanboys ko padega. Abhi se iska asar dikhna chalu ho gaya hai.
      Dekh nahi rahe ho, pehli baar sun rahaa hoon ki honda ki gaadi mein vibration. Ye sab inhi Bewkoofon ke wajah se honda aisi gaadiyan supply karne laga hai. 🤨

      अभी मै Hornet 2.0 चलाता हु। जबरदस्त Bike है ।

      @@9thskill992 main bhi hornet 2.0 bike lene ka soch rha hoo par maine reviews dekhe hai jisme key socket issues, oil leakage issue, rear brake noise issue aur engine heating issues bataye hai.... To aapko koi issue aaya hai? Please reply dena taki main decision le sakoo

    I think... Biggest competition for this bike is honda's own bike - Hornet 2.0. U r getting all LEDs, similar top speed, similar looks, more refined engine, lighter weight... Etc

    As a current owner of CBR250R I won't suggest this bike for performance enthusiasts. This bike wasn't expected -nor demanded, this bike could be good for initial Torque upto 80kmph but is very underpowered for what name CB stands for, even H'ness 350 goes 145kmph & for this much performance I think CB300F is very overpriced, I wouldn't pay a single penny more than a 2lakh for this.
    I will suggest go for MT-15 instead, I don't know what was Honda thinking while making this bike instead of launching most awaited CBR. Why didn't Honda put same engine of 300R, why detuned it & gave it same looks as Hornet 2.0, should have named it Hornet 3.0, atleast that would have made little sense. Honda has disappointed enthusiasts since last 3 years. This bike doesn't make sense when there are so many better options for cheaper price.

      Bro. Do u really cbr. 😂 Who said highness goes till 145? I own rs. It goes only till 120. It simply doesn't ve power to push beyond that. Ofcourse I ve taken it to 140. But that's a downhill section. Also acceleration is much better on this bike. I am sure it's better than ur cbr too. Roll on acceleration is what matters for practicality.

      Also I am talking about practical top speed sitting upright. No body can crouch and cruise for 500 + kms on a day. This bike will easily cruise between 120-130 for sure.

      Problem with most people is their lack of knowledge. These bikes r tuned for midrange. Lock it in fourth from 70kmhr n check the punch till 100. Switch to fifth and push till 120. These guys rev it till 117 on fourth gear and say the engine is not good. It's not the way to ride these bikes. These r simply not sport machine and tuned for public roads.

      Yeah...you can get from Lluvia and few other after market providers. Unfortunately Honda is even unable to provide a crash rod for the cb300f...but got some accessories from Zana international

    Bro 67 @ 3rd gear will get you good mileage???? May be your are testing worst case mileage in city ride.
    I have 2 bikes:
    MT 15 @ 53kmpl in city for 15000kms
    CB 200X @ 47kmpl in city for 5000kms

      @@JagranHiTech Very different to Xpulse. 200x has better touring capabilities but xpulse is better off road.
      I have also done offroad using 200x. Its not bad at all. In highway n city traffic its a breeze.
      With pillion of 85kgs both the bikes, MT n 200x has a top speed of 119kmph

    CBR 250R ko kill kar ke ye kaya bawasir ki rayta faylaya honda ne? Matlab Kuch vi? Why honda why? You are giving 300 for name sake and power figures like 250? And there is no top end feel? Who whold buy this shit? KTM duke250/Dominar 400/250, gixxer250 brothers are far more vfm in their own perspective .. nice review 👍🏻

      Top end feels out of breath.
      Vibrations on handlebar, tank, footpegs after 8,000 rpm. Engine redlines at 9,500 rpm

    This one is a shitty feeling bike. rattling of plastic fairings and vibrations and what not. Honda has lost the touch on this one and on the other hand CB 300R is far superior when it comes to feel, ride quality and aesthetics but way too pricey. Honda fans should pass on this one.

      Isiliye is baar Honda BingWing se launch ki taaki gareeb door hi rahein, gareebo ko apache aur pulsar mein hi mast rehne do. This is the plan of honda. Thats it bro. 😄

      @@JagranHiTech 1st of all its sort of replica of Honda hornet , pricing is a factor that lands in higher side plus the design language is kinda monotonous..... on the same page Honda already has cb300r that looks fantastic though pricier .... out of all the top factor is competition that are providing much better design and at better pricing
