Honestly... I think all trans people had a lot less problem if there really were trans attack helicopters around. Just think about it... what would they need to transition? Since they are an ATTACK helicopter, I would assume weapons are part of the transition. My trans masc appearance goal was David Bowie in Labyrinth. Saw him in that movie when I was 7 and couldn't imagine anyone not wanting to be like him. The man was wearing tights, knee-high boots, lace cuffs, and the most fabulous eye makeup anyone could ask for AND STILL there was never any doubt that that was a man. I keep wanting to get a new pair of knee-high boots, but I work so much I don't think I'd have a chance to wear them.
Bowie was truly an individual that had some interesting fashion tastes and don't let your work deny yourself some new boots. Just have them be your "expensive" footwear.

Back then, for me several months ago, I once received a youtube notification, and when I saw it, i got a random urge to click on it. It turned out the video was like over a few minutes old (idk how it was like that). But now, whenever I receive a youtube notification, it just really feels like it's perfectly the amount of time passed by.
Personally I feel the most annoying sport thing was the volleyball situation because literally their entire reasoning for "clocking" her as trans was that she preferred changing in private. That's completely meaningless, she could have had an eating disorder, general dysmorphia, or just been hiding some kind of medical thing like scarring, it wasn't necessarily about the genitals.
Can we all just take a moment to appreciate Jamie? America is going through a really tough time right now, and it’s been hard to keep things positive. Sometimes, everything just feels like a slow trek. But watching these silly little videos, smiling at the latest update, really helps me remember the goodness in humanity. Things can get tough, but it’s little moments like these with the community that make it all feel worth it, okay if just for a little amount of time. Thank you Jamie, for being who you are. I think I quite like "I identify as a train" for rail replacement buses. I saw one once with a picture of a train and Choo Choo in the destination space, and if we're all having to suffer a rail replacement bus having a bit of fun with it is the least they can do.
One of the rail companies in Germany puts fantasy destinations (from media that has trains) on their trains when they go to the depot. Unfortunately, one of those destinations is Hogwarts. 😞

Why do people get so confused? It's really very simple. I address people and refer to them using the names and pronouns they express a preference for. I support and root for love in all forms, (as long as everything is safe and consensual for both parties). Beyond that, it's none of my business, and I don't need to fully know or understand the specifics in a particular relationship. I mind my business except to speak up and support. That's it.
Life is a bit simpler, and much happier when one learns to mind their own business. As you also found out, it's also not hard to do either. Now bigots just want to feel special so they rail on a group that can't fight back. It's about feeling right (superior) not BEING CORRECT to them. Actually “kids” are given sex change surgeries, sometimes still without full parental consent. But it is happening to infants that are intersex. Not young children that are trans… However, no one seems to be up in arms about these procedures. Which is crazy. I wish people would pitch a fit about things like this. Nuanced conversations are hard though.

The bus identifying as a train, TransLink is a Vancouver BC company that runs our public transit. We have an express train that runs in to Vancouver BC from the Fraser Valley, as well as the SkyTrain rapid Transit system. Our buses often run similar lines when the trains are not running, both as regular routes when the trains are out of schedule, and bringing extra buses in during emergencies such as the rapid trains shutting down during normal operations hours for some reason. So, yeah, we legit have buses that ID as trains sometimes.

as a 'any pronoun' user I can attest to how free it feels for me. Totally respect pronouns and people who use them, and will always use preferred pronouns, but even though I am female, I'll respond to anything really with zero discomfort.

The bus identifying as a train, TransLink is a Vancouver BC company that runs our public transit. We have an express train that runs in to Vancouver BC from the Fraser Valley, as well as the SkyTrain rapid Transit system. Our buses often run similar lines when the trains are not running, both as regular routes when the trains are out of schedule, and bringing extra buses in during emergencies such as the rapid trains shutting down during normal operations hours for some reason. So, yeah, we legit have buses that ID as trains sometimes.
So ummmm my transfem, internet adopted momma sent this to me and uhhh now I’m subscribed (she called me her favorite transmasc too, ahhh I’m so happy that she showed me this video! The bus thing really makes me laugh. In my city, we have a streetcar that runs between downtown and the university area. It's part of the bus system and often you can't tell the difference from certain angles. We still consider it part of the process of "catching the bus".
