Within the last 5 year's I have stopped taking all pharmaceuticals, and I have been growing my own plant's, and making my own medicine. The only problem is I don't know anyone else that thinks like me. My whole family are dedicated pill poppers that look at me like I am crazy. I need to find more open minded people like yourself, but I don't know where to look!
In the last 5 years, I was learn so much different kinds of handcraft. Mostly fiber based like how to make fibers from plants, how to preper animal fibers, how to make yarn, using different technics like knitting, weaving and knotting to make fabrics and how to build my own tools for this job out of things, I find in nature or so like wood, stones and ash. I'm glad to hear, I'm not the only one who learn in the last 5 years how to stay on they own feet. But I'm not able now to grow my own food. I just know how to keep body's warm with protection we could wear or cover us.
People think, I'm crazy too, because all you simply can buy. They don't understand, why I put myself into the struggle to create things on such a high quality. It's a lonely life like you said already. Please don't feel lonely. Just thinking, here are souls, who also learn how to preper in different styles, they are useful for the next generation to support each other. But it makes me sad to think, we are just a few. In relation of the mass of humanity, just a handful of souls. I send you love and support. I want to believe, we will meet each other. If not in this life, than in the next. You and me are gifted with knowledge to help build a new era. Our souls only have to remember the skills we learning and training till perfection right now.

Love this man. I’m so glad that we’re gonna move away from pharmaceuticals. My husband was taking a cocktail of blood pressure pills for years. They did absolutely nothing for him. He was a healthy weight and had a healthy diet but the doctor said his bp was too high. 6 years ago he ran out of pills and we both agreed he wouldn’t get any more. I own 42 acres of woods. Some are “ancient growth” trees. If you do not take stewardship for your land and trees they all just rot and go back to the earth. I use selective forestry harvesting methods that cull out the inferior trees and allow for heathy growth and natural harvest. Plants and animals were put on this earth for us to use for food and for clothing and for Shelter. I sold my 4,800sq ft home and helped build my 24’x24’ home. Tiled floors attached to the foundation and this allows for “Earthing”. Many building items were recycled. We used totally rechargeable battery operated tools that were charged through my solar panel panels. I have a wood stove and my home stays incredibly warm, used a soy based insulation. Totally off grid, beautifully designed home yet simple. Solar refrigerator. Propane cook stove costs about $50 per yr. 400’ above waterways (no flooding). I can and dry a lot of my own foods.
