I love all of the stray nuggets of worldbuilding we get about the Templin Institute itself. There's enough recognizable jargon and terminology to give these brief glimpses credibility, but enough left unsaid to spark our curiosity and get us theorizing. Way to make an impact in 100 seconds!
In like five years or something, I'm going to be scrolling on RUclips, and the Algorithm will bring up a video some guy made about the Templin Institute and their internal lore, and when they do I'll be able to sit back and smile, knowing I was there to see it happen. Can't wait to see where this goes.

If this is for the story arc the Templin Institute seems to be building towards, I hope it won't be too dark and full of corruption as I really enjoy this channel. Also why do you keep using the word launch for, what I assume is, some kind of interdimensional portal? This sounds more like the launch scene from Apollo 13.
From a Doylist perspective, it's probably a framing device for the worldbuilding series the channel is about to embark on, how to create plausible and interesting fictional places with verisimilitude for things like novels, comics, DnD games, tv and film etc. From a more Watsonian perspective I think the darkest thing about it is the concept that the Institute now clearly has the power to create something worth referring to as a universe, which is a terrifying power no conscious entity should have control over, let alone an organisation of alienated decision makers like the TI in-universe
