Great stream! Definitely recommend cutting caffeine, maybe consuming green tea from 6am-10am latest. See how that feels. Then I'd make sure you stop consuming 3+ hours prior to sleep time, as well as no screens. Reduction in sugar as well. I like Dale's Gary Brecka recco. My go to before bed: Epsom salt baths, magnesium, ashwagandha. I swear by it - I'm prone to night terrors and this has helped drastically! As for the knee; I don't anything about you injury, but zero in on your hips. I lot of hip tightness / lack of mobility triggers pain in other areas b/c of imbalances. My shoulder was/is wonky, and when it was actually an imbalance in my hips. It's since improved. Good luck!
