Indian military academy is one of the best military training Institute in the world.. It produced lots of famous defense personal. Para SF is elite group in indian army.
He is HAS to be careful. He is the one who has seen and done things on the ground. Plus, being in the SF there are many classified things he shouldn't give out.
That is as free as you get.. typical US mentality and strategy is to attack directly on knowledge centre of any country. This knowledge sharing has led you guys where you are whereas you don’t share shit

There is obviously a HUGE difference between a person working in forces VS a civilian. Civilian gets hired. . . . . . A person in forces gets COMMISSIONED. Hmmm see the DIFFERENCE
Wondering if the Indian army thought of using its mountain warfare SF units to get even with the PLA thugs during the Galwan ambush (2020) ! If not, perhaps it's time....
They did use the SFF to dislodge PLA army from some peaks. And occupied some of them as well. For some time. Indian diplomats lost the plot on that. They gave in to Chinese demand of both going back at their usual places. Chinese as usual only went back in some areas only.

How does the average jawan compare to US army soldier in terms of equipment? And how do Special Forces compare to each other? US Soldiers have the M16 rifle and M4 carbine. Better body armor, and better software defined radios. Better night vision gear. It's fairly depressing how badly the average jawan is equipped for modern warfare, without even modern rifles. Or modern radios(DSDRS). Or modern armor.
Its not about fancy equipment, its about men & mentality of combat. Indian forces are trained to operate, survive & fight in toughest of circumstances and that distinguishes them from others and when that combines with tech., it turns out to be lethal.

Building up and building up is the whole problem. You don't have the maturity to not go beyond 20 bars at a time and shifting priority the moment it touches 20 bars. That's the essential management skill you never had which is why you didn't climb the ladder into Brigadier or General.

A very boring interview when more was expected of Major Jacobs. He appeared be very defensive and halting in hos responses. In one of the video clips, he said men from US Navy SEALs training with Para Spl Forces in the high Himalayas were drinking mineral water every five minutes!
