I watch every final video on RUclips and subscribe to Emerald Ball so I can always watch these amazing couples dance their hearts out and do what they love. And one day I hope to end up on that floor as well. I was all excited when I saw this video was posted a few hours ago....But if I have to watch another video with commentating like these two are l will turn off the sound and imagine the music my-damn-self. I don't know the couples personally, and I get everyone can have an opinion but damn! I imagine that they worked pretty damn hard to get into that final. And it's bad enough someone thought it was a good idea to include distracting commentary in this video, but I'm thinking "hey, maybe they will be funny? Or at least pleasant?" And what do you know, every time they see Maria and her partner they make some rude ass comment... and even a few snarky remarks about Paramonovs. I have my favorites as well but their bad mouthing made this video entirely unenjoyable for me and my professional partner to watch. As a promotional video for Emerald Ball this has failed because of those two. Either cut the attitude and be more pleasant or cut the commentary entirely. Just a thought.

Samuel Pereira daSilva like how Anna Trebunskaya was kind of nasty to Anna Kovalova while she was commentating on the Pro Latin final? :/ She kept on making all these passive-aggressive comments. It really wasn't cool.

    "Hello?"
    "Get on with it!"
"I won't even bother with his name"
Quit with the rude, condescending commentary. Would love a version without these two talking over the dancing, which is fantastic by the way.

These two people talked too much. I cannot hear the music.

I have to agree with everyones comments about the commentary. Its terrible, biased, condescending and not a good reflection of the competition. Completely destroyed the experience of watching these videos.

I found the male announcer to be an example of extreme misogyny and Yankee condescension. If you don't want people of European background in the competition, say so on the web sight! Clearly display the fact that you must have Anglicized names to apply, you must be at least 2nd or 3rd generation American to compete. Also, clearly state that the female dancers are going to be scrutinized for reasons other than their dancing abilities.
This man is a very poor representative of this competition. But then, he probably voted for Trump, so what else can we expect.

He's European himself. In fact he's the most successful dancer of all time.

What does who he voted for have to do with his comments

Although I agree with your comment, I think you’re being terribly ridiculous, rude and biased by adding who you think he voted for. I voted for Trump and I find his comments distasteful and unnecessary. Please don’t add politics into this, it makes you sound ignorant.
