Same with Rutgers. The men's team hadn't been to March Madness since 1991 and they were finally going to qualify in 2020. Thankfully they did make it in 2021.

Why not, in the summer, bring back all those rosters, and have the tournament in like August? I know some guys are in NBA/overseas/graduated, but you allow them to return. You bring whatever rosters you can re-assemble (minimum 8 players) and have the March madness 2020, in August 2022.

Idk, this just strikes me as a bit weird. Like people have died in the last year, and yet we are hearing people talk about how they wish the tourney had just continued. Like, understandably it sucks for these athletes and their draft stock, and also just their competitive edge. But the way this looks, it just looks callous to the actual struggles going on that would consume the nation, especially in the medical field. Also along those same lines, the struggles that educators had to go through, just trying to teach children without infecting them with something, and keeping themselves safe. Nah that would be just as lame as the way they used to just name a champion in football rather than actually having a championship game or playoff.
Kansas would have taken the top spot in Houston, which would have pushed Baylor to Indy.
