Coming to the 14 Pro from the X; spent the last several years debating on upgrading to each new release and opting out due to a lack of differentiation. From what I’ve seen thus far, 14 Pro deviates from the original design enough, in form and functions, to warrant the switch, and the X will soon be put out to pasture. No regrets in the slightest.

I’ve always loved dark colors, my mom always told me to wear less black as a child/ teen, and getting the glass purple really made me feel less like myself bc it’s so vibrant. The second I saw a darker purple i immediately jumped to pre order, even before learning about the new features I would enjoy. I’m so glad there’s a iPhone color that I feel is just the right balance of purple with a dark shade… now for a MacBook Air in this color 🤞🏼😋

@@egoiisticprince7977 if you already like black and you want the deep purple go with the deep purple because that one is such a shade that it changes colors in different lighting’s like if you’re in a dimly lit room, it looks black and in some lighting that looks gray but in most fully lit rooms it looks purple but not overly purple. more like the name suggests, a very deep plum purple. it most definitely won’t catch your eye like the glass back purple, but it does add a nice flare to the phone in comparison to the actual black and gray phones

For my new 14 , I’m holding it with 2 hands 😅 and the all screen display is amazing, but I used to rest my fingers on the face of my phone in the non screen area, which I can’t do anymore 😆. . . I’m not complaining, Thank god I finally got to upgrade,but it felt like when someone grows with an old lovely car that he enjoyed for years, and then he upgraded, so the old one is sitting in the garage without need to use. -but the phone is sitting in my drawer rather than a garage-. Had to get the 14 pro because my 13 pro max completely shattered, after not having a case on it for one day 🥵 So far, this is a nice phone. Huge camera for sure. Not too much of a difference besides the dynamic island and camera size. Pixie pals is also a fun little feature to get through the App Store. I got the purple and it’s actually got a blu-ish tint to it. It’s almost an indigo.

Just got the gold, because I needed more memory. I love the deep purple, reminds me warmly of Prince, and Star Trek. I also have the 13 mini which I did not enjoy. I got it because it was small and lightweight. Difficult to see and read on it though, and just had a lot of issues with it. The gold on the 14 PRO is not really fabulous because the back of the phone gold color is very muted, almost off white looking, but I will keep it rather than getting the cool deep purple because it's easier to see if I lose it in my sheets or somewhere else.
I'm sure Apple users are gonna pretend that the front facing camera smudges from the "Dynamic Island" doesn't bother them. And now all of sudden, no one is complaining about 1 handed use, due to D.I
I don't understand what your point is. Do you live in a world where something can't be wiped off, or is cleaning something beyond your capacity? It's not like the camera is covered by a matrix of pixels that ruin the picture, like the z fold.

L. iphone 14 pros camera tests are also kicking the zfold4s ass, including the front facing camera beating out zfold4s back camera in most cases. double L quit making the group chats green you freak
Is it just me that HATES the island? Surely it would be better to minimise the cutout altogether rather than move it down on the screen. If we wanted the software feature that could still be included with no cutout...

If you aren't used to larger plus or Max sized iPhones, I'd suggest the standard Pro model. The Pro Max is great, but it is one of the heaviest smartphones on the market.
I ordered the purple and idk how I feel now. I saw my coworker has it and idk it actually looks a lot lighter in person it definitely is not black with a hint of purple. It’s a very eye catching purple and I’m not sure it’s what I wanted… I loved Sierra Blue and Midnight Green

People should sue apple for false advertising... The colors are not really accurate even the slightest when we compare color in unboxing vs the color we frequently see in ads circulating around.
Right the pictures are always misleading they aren't how they appear they make them more of a bright purple what that is not the case. It's a really tone down dark purple blue which in some lighting looks graphite .It only appears bright purple when in direct sunlight or when you hold in certain angles.

From the selfie shot comparison in this video, yes, the shot from the 13 pro was much more natural and professional looking than the one taken with the 14 pro.
