- Morning shortwave and listning to the BBC world service on the 19 meter band earlier this morning with the lovley XHDATA D-608WB Emergency Radio that i just bought very good reception this early morning in Sweden. And again only with the built-in telescopic antenna i really love this new XHDATA D-608WB emergency radio but, it's a bit tricky and you have to be very patient when tuning around shortwave if you haven't saved stations in the memory. But i have a lot of patience but i would love if XHDATA released an, upgraded version of the XHDATA D-608WB with a keypad so you can directly push in different frequencies on different bands. And if would come a newer version of this radio, i would like to have a choice or a button to be able to have display always on so you would have on, off, and like now automatically off after a few seconds. So it's one thing that I complain a little about that you can't have the display light on all the time because it is nice to have that function in case, you are a bit away from the radio and ,you want to see what frequency you are on or the time or other information in the display. So display light that you can't have it on all the time, that's the only thing that bothers me with this new XHDATA D-608WB emergency radio otherwise this is a very nice radio.

I bought 2 when it was on sale for $27 on the Xhdata site…well worth the value. Very sensitive and selective on just the telescopic whip. However, the wire makes a difference between marginal and decent signal. I also use the lights as I like to DX at night.

Hej wow you got the XHDATA D-608WB at a very good price i bought my XHDATA D-608WB for 34 dollars but I'm still happy with my price yes the XHDATA D-608WB is very sensitive and it have a very nice audio. I totally agree with you this radio has very good and strong lights which are very useful. I'm planning to test XHDATA's flashlights outdoors in the woods but I'm running out of time because, it gets brighter up here in the north of Sweden and in the late spring it's bright a long time and in the summer it's bright day and night. But yes the XHDATA D-608WB is a radio i like very much, it is a small compact radio that has a lot of features for the money take care and have a nice weekend.
I got my d608 for 3 days ago and i love it, the sound is much better than in the R-108 and D-808 .
Hej nice I agree with you and the XHDATA D-608WB is a wonderful emergency radio I am very impressed with all the nice features you get for a very good price and also it is a very compact radio and yes the audio is lovely take care and have a lovely day.

Things i put up on my RUclips channel is my own opinions i just want to be clear about that to everyone who watches my videos and pictures.

Hej I can say that the XHDATA D-608WB is a wonderful radio for FM listening it have very good reception on the fm band for me here in Sweden but, I have talked to others who have this radio and live abroad and they also say that the XHDATA D-608WB is very good on the fm bands. So yes this radio is very sensitive I'm hard testing this radio this morning but I'm getting more and more impressed with this new radio from XHDATA. But I can tell you already now, if you want a good radio for Fm and the shortwave bands, you will, get a radio that is very very good and, it has many more other nice features under the hood take care and have a nice day.

@@dobrindorin1420 Hej okej nice yes yes, it usually takes about two weeks for me and get them delivered to Sweden when I buy radios from XHDATA'S website, but sometimes faster but XHDATA has very good and fast order processing. But I really like the XHDATA D-608WB emergency radio and a lot of radio for the money and, full coverage on the shortwave bands is wonderful. And i personally think that a good emergency radio should have full coverage on the shortwave bands so I think you will be satisfied with XHDATA D-608WB emergency radio take care and have a lovely day.
