Got the brown one & love it, been in this hobby racing, crawling & boating since late 90's. I use to sell the og TMaxx back then but besides the TRX4 nitro sedan & Tmaxx this is only my 3rd Traxxas. That said if the 1:10 trx4 was cheaper or had a builders kit I would have one of those.
Good video, I liked that you touch on the smaller details that a lot of people miss. Such as the way the driveshaft comes into the rear end on both trucks
Well done unboxing and review of this beast Gabe! Hope you had as wonderful Christmas buddy! After seeing this and trying this at your house last week, I can definitely appreciate the quality of this truck! It looks and feels great! The reproduction of the body of this thing is amazing! All kinds of reasons to be excited about it! Even more exciting to see what your going to do with this thing! We should go trailing soon!
@@makestuffbetter19 when the original trx4m was released a year ago, it was $150 U.S. and $209 in Canada . The original XMaxx sells for $1000 U.S . I think ? In Canada it’s $1499. We pay more for almost everything.
Awesome I just got the Chevy blazer hi trail, mofo RC has awesome parts, I just put the brass tie rod and +5 heavy weight hexes they look like disc rotors, lot more stable now. I just subscribed I’ll be following for more. Appreciate the video. I watch for the next one until then peace and chicken grease 😁👋👋😎
Good vid, and as much as I have hated traxxas since the 90's I bought this same truck. Wanted the chevy but due to all the chrome on the chevy being nothing more then stickers I got the ford (Wish it was a dodge). I will say this little truck is fun but for 180$ there is no excuse for bushings, but that is traxxas for you. The radio, Trigger pull sucks and is not smooth...minor gripe. Do not waste money on traxxas "upgrades" they are way over priced! There are a ton of companies that make higher quality parts for way less money. fast eddie bearings 26$, traxxas bearings 40$.

It makes a big difference sometimes.
I have several Injora upgrades on the way. Waiting patiently

Thanks Robby! I did have a great Christmas! Yes we need to go trailing! Maybe before the snow sets in.
Cool truck!! Love the fms lineup.. Great video ‼️👍👍🦾🦾🤘🤘
It’s $262 in Canada if it makes you feel any better
That’s crazy! That doesn’t seem like it’s on par with the exchange rate.

Thanks! Big plans for it coming soon!
Hey man, I like the vid. I would’ve loved to see some more run time though! Subbed, happy holidays
I’ll have more running footage coming soon! The video was already pretty long.
Sure you figered out by now but you have 3 settings on your esc. Hold down the button until 3 flashes
really like the trx4-m high trail, love it in black, chrome looks great against it 👌👌👍👍😃
Wish I could get new cars on Tuesdays!😅Monday wouldn’t be too bad! 😁
Just got my trx4m high trail 2 days ago and i was wondering if i could buy a costom body for trx4m and would it fit on the trx4m high trail
I’ve been looking for aftermarket bodies no one makes one just yet. Hopefully soon tho!
High trail is Cool, like you I'm not the biggest chrome fan , cuz I know I'll bash it all up anyway 😊
Yea. I’m thinking of making all the chrome flat black.
Could see how big of a battery you can get on it.
High Speed Low Trail?

Dude! I was like “I wish they come out with a dodge!” I have a ram full size. Really want an rc dodge also.
brushless motor controls are a bit jerky not so smooth thanks
You look like Matt's brother.
Bro! that's hilarious! I love watching harley designs! I feel honored! lol
@@makestuffbetter19 Just to be clear, Josh (Harley Designs) isn't Matt's brother, but you look like Matt. :)
Because it's a traxxas product. Should be $120
Yea they could definitely make it cheaper than it is.
