You get the recipe from Jade the Vampire hunter. You get the hearts from high level mobs

your hp barely dropped while boss was pretty spongey. thinking abt getting it after work

Easy to learn, difficult to master. First 2 days I got clapped like 50 times, but in the last 1.5d I haven't been downed, had to retreat 20+ times though ( bosses are super hard in some cases )
