Saw them at Warped, this song at the end of the set was really inspiring. Its so cool to see how close the band can get to their fans and how he keeps singing even after the music stops but the crowd just keeps chanting. These guys seem way cooler than a lot of bands.
Man this band has inspired me to keep playing for another 25 years. sometimes when its just right.then that's just what it is.and hope we get the chance to experience this for us aswell.but its awesome to see a band that deserves it and esrned there stripes beable to enjoy these moments. Why do artists always take this weird creative license when they play live to not sing the best/ most impactful parts of the songs "oh this is part of the breakdown where i scream? Nah ill not do anything"
Andy Pittman my guess is that most of the time they leave it out for the crowd, if the crowd is hyped enough for the band/that song ofc. If not, as you stated, stays there like a weird void in middle of a live song.

It's to save their vocal chords. If they sanf every song 100 % on every show, they would blew their vocal chords in a few years.
