@akshatzayn. Pretty informative video. When are you planning to visit Dubai. I would like to meet as I live in Dubai. I am trying to study the real estate in dubai as well. It would be great to meet and discuss things
Tried joining the member community, not able join saying please check the country on play account.
@@lathasitaraman2509 I am also having same issue
Sir this is an eye opener video and I would be retiring in 5 years and I'm curious to know best how people split their pay, how much of it goes into savings, spendings or investments, I earn around $90,000 per annum but nothing to show for it yet
Research dividend aristocrats and choose six to ten companies with over 25 years of dividend payments. Consider working with a financial advisor to build a strong portfolio.
@@Angelavaldess Speaking from personal experience, I would say engage professional guidance. Not sure where you get an experienced one, but if your knowledge of the market is limited, it seems like a good bet.
@@Jaymilnere I've been getting suggestions to use one, but where and how to find one has been challenging, Can i reach out to the one you use?
@@Aurierserge50 I have worked with a few financial advisors before now but i ultimately settled for Sharon Crump Cline. She is SEC regulated and licensed in US. You can easily look her up

Akshat sir is fire on Twitter 🔥🔥🔥
Absolutely. I just happened to see his posts on Twitter recently and I was flabbergasted at his deep thoughts and his boldness in freely sharing them.
Roughly $120K in my portfolio are in tech/TSLA stocks, can I get an advice on any other stocks that I can acquire to diversify my reserve across multiple markets while creating a comprehensive portfolio allocation that balances my concerns of risk aversion and returns that meet yearly inflation.
Investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. I've learned this from my own experience. If you're new to investing or don't have much time, it's best to get advice from an expert.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.
How can one find a verifiable financial planner? I would not mind looking up the professional that helped you. I will be retiring in two years and I might need some management on my much larger portfolio. Don't want to take any chances
Svetlana Sarkisian Chowdhury is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
Thank you for this tip. it was easy to find your coach. Did my due diligence on her before scheduling a phone call with her. She seems proficient considering her résumé.
I love you honestly. It shows that you’re a shy person, but still you have the courage to walk around vlogging. More power to you ❤
without any doubt. Akshat, please continue this kind of quality video because we get to know about your thinking process and how aboard looks like in the terms of living expenses and Investing related.
Really liked the video. Keep this type of video so that a little bit of world culture can be easily acquainted with
Can you make a video on: how to build and run hedge fund?
I’m really enjoying the Edu Vlog! Keep up the great work. The content is both informative and engaging. It’s clear that a lot of effort goes into each video, and it truly shows. Your dedication to providing valuable educational content is appreciated. I can’t wait to see what you come up with next!
It was too useful.. please keep posting these
Great!!! These kind of videos are good once in a while. It would also help to put a sample case custody of real estate economics of different places like investment options and ROI in these markets. These kind of videos will also help to start us thinking and brainstorming on real estate of different places outside India.
*Excellent! "But I really do have a question. For someone with less than $10,000 to trade or above. How would you recommend we enter into trading as a newbie? I would greatly appreciate any suggestions*
An important post … setting a realistic & wholesome perspective …. Thank you 🙏🏽

Akshat no offence. But saying "i cooked mutter paneer" and all that as nonsense was not right. You are creating content for your viewers and others also are doing it. What is sense and what is nonsense is relative. Please take this as constructive feed back and dont be judgemental
It was a great blog. Continue plz.
Thanks akshat for sharing your life insight, we really enjoyed and it has so much to take away for us. ❤

Hi, Please help create video on SWP mutual fund

Big portfolio cant be the reason to invest masively in largcaps

Good to see you in different form
I currently have around $250,000 in cash savings and I was advised to invest it in stocks. What long-term strategies should I use for investments to secure my financial future?
Its best if you buy growth/blue-chip/large caps stocks only. Also, its advisable you work with a financial advisor to help set up a well-structured portfolio so you don't get burnt in this volatile market.
The issue is most people have the "I want to do it myself mentality" but not equipped enough for a crash, hence get burnt, no offense. In general, Financial Consultants are ideal reps for investing jobs, and at firsthand encounter, since Jan.2020, amidst covid outbreak, my portfolio has yielded massively in ROI, summing up to 7-figures as of today.
Please can you leave the info of your lnvestment advsor here? I’m in dire need for one
“Sharon Lynne Hart” is the licensed advisor I use. Just search the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.
We trust Indias growth story and will become a part of it, It will not be completed without Hdfc bank and bank nifty.
Hdfc bank is a part of bank nifty and not the whole bank nifty, it will continue to support bank nifty in terms of numbers not percentage, by its not so happy consolidation journey.
India will grow, nifty 50 will grow, and will give cheers to hdfc bank from top.😅
Sir ji after watching your life busting video of comparing Singapore with India. I was expecting you to bring another high quality video of comparison between Luxembourg and India 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Hdfc banks aur other banks ki gai bhaisiya paani mein, the retail investors have become smarter and aware about investment options, and banks turnout to be on their hit list, money likely to go in mutual funds, which also have not performed, and will continue to be so.

I'm convinced that investing $50k-100k in the right company before it goes big is more important than saving for retirement. However, picking the right company is so hard that saving might be safer, cuz who would've guessed Nvda? I have around $200k in a HYSA and want to invest. What are the best opportunities now?
I believe investors should start with S&P 500/ETFs for a solid foundation, then diversify across asset classes and maintain disciplined, regular investing to minimize risks and maximize growth.
Yes we want vlogs too
Make video on chinas growth
this is a value-adding Vlog. I would love to see more vlogs like this. When your mentor or ideal person showcases his daily routine then its an addon inspiration for us. Once again an amazing piece of information. Would love to see more coming from you, :)

Hi Akshat, concept of Condos and Apartments is different. Each condominium in a building can be owned by an individual whereas an apartment is owned by 1 company and the units in apartments can only be rented out (North American perspective)
I really enjoyed it Akshat …keep doing such videos. Thanks!
Found this episode quite interesting and high on learning. Surely you can continue this.

Can you please make video for NRIs mainly investing in the US market. Hedging suggestion given US debt may not seems to be good option long term. Whether to invest in India, tax implications etc.
Please dont do vlogs. dont get me wrong. your information is great, but vlogs tend to have other aspects of life which I would not want to know. its great you trying new things. But I and I am guessing a lot of other people can spend time in a day watching vlogs. We watch your videos because they informative and has no BS in it.
Please keep all information relevant.
Please dont do vlogs.

Actually there has to be proper training and learning curve for our politicians so that they can understand what needs to be done.
Been to Thailand. It's a nice and clean environment, but communication in English is a big problem. Pls dont do this intermittent fasting thing. It deteriorates the body more than any good.
