simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.. no.1 sir...
Sir its a good practice to remove noise before compression because compressor not only lowers the peak of the waveform but it also increases lower volumes to balance the dynamic range which result in increased noise. If u apply compression before noise removal it requires more work on noise removal. Also try to normalize after EQ, that way u will not be needing to use limiter. So it is recommended to apply effects like Noise removal->Compression->EQ->Normalize.

2:00 - Compression/Dynamics
3:10 - Normalize
3:25 - Adaptive Noise Reduction
4:00 - Equalizer
5:20 - Parametric Equalizer
7:15 - Limiter
10:20 - FFT Filter
11:10 - DeNoise (OR Adaptive Noise Reduction, in my case, DeNoise worked better at the end)
Don't Forget to add Anti-Reverb if you need in 2019+
