If i have to exit any stock in loss, should I add extra money to buy another stock?

what to do if we have negative returns in one week...we should exclude stocks and add more money bcoz those stocks that we exit will give some loss too.

There's sth called hope that comes from market, government policies and private players positions tell us about stocks and it's market...if u think after study that this might be going lill down now but will come out up again in few weeks then don't exit... example: when budget comes whole market sees a Lil deep yet they stabilise to their back self again (yup mostly below the previous highest but atleast more than the deep)
