DD is damn smart for a companion in the game. Plus he doesn't ruin stealth since enemies will see him as just a stray and shoo him. Plus he's pretty much a wall hack and pings everything nearby.
I think they could have at least made it to where the camo on the buddies needed to be careful with as well. How awkward it would be, if a dog with a knife, and a body suit would look to the AI enemies
@@Joe_334 I understand where you're coming from, and if A.I pathfinding was good, I would love this. However since most A.I in games have this weird pathfinding, and the enemies were to use the same rules to spot you to spot your companions, your companions would be spotted a lot more. In MGS 5, DD, at least in my games, would always just walk out into the open, even if I was trying to stealth.
@@mr.vargas5648 Have you tried the mods. There are some that add more missions. I checked back after being away for so long, that they are still updating these mods. Some of them were updated last year in december.
I'm glad she loves DD, aka D-Dog, aka Big Boss's Wolf... yeah it's ironic he's a wolf and called dog but yeah I loved seeing all the clips of her reactions in one place to small DD. Truly *tragic* we'll never get the full MGSV experience but at least we get to watch Pomu finish of MGS strong
I remember I was playing this bit as a mate came over. The sound of absolute horror he emitted as I just casually drew my gun and shot this dog in the face was something I have never forgotten. He hasn’t played any metal gear so didn’t know about the tranquilliser 😅
