How to start Lenovo Thinkpad laptop without keyboard/power button

Jumpstart Lenovo Thinkpad x230 Laptop without any keyboard/power button
Simple steps ,just follow the video.
Things needed for this
1. Wire or any conducting material (Here i used jumpwires)
2. Screwdriver for removing keyboard
