    • @OpenAirAdventure
      @OpenAirAdventure  Год назад +1

      Hey Alex. Two moose and two Caribou. They were coming out at night so we missed many. The cfmoto worked great, we had a starter relay act up but that's it. I'm going to replace it, I think they are $20. I think it stuck open on occasions so sometimes just a tap on the relay and it started.

    Hey I'm thinking of doing this next summer. I live in NS already, but what I've always wondered is where people keep their vehicles that they hauled their atvs/utvs. Any insight on this? I know there is a private parking lot next to the terminal.

    • @OpenAirAdventure
      @OpenAirAdventure  9 месяцев назад

      Hey there. Yes there's a spot across the road. A and L parking, it's $150 for 10 days. So here is what you do. Book the parking, then the day you arrive at the ferry drive right in and register. Then they'll let you exit out the side by the parking, unload and drive your atv in the way you came out.

    • @BangBangSticks
      @BangBangSticks 9 месяцев назад

      @OpenAirAdventure okay, like I said I always wondered how they did it. I've used that parking lot a few times before(actually 3 weeks ago, when i went home for a visit). I figured I'd just off load the Grizzly at that parking lot and buzz down the road to the terminal. But your way seems the level route hah.

    • @OpenAirAdventure
      @OpenAirAdventure  9 месяцев назад

      @@BangBangSticks for sure, either way works. Guys will drive on the road right from the parking lot, I've never heard of an issue. But it would suck if a prick cop towed your rig.

    hotel? nawh screw that just bring a sleeping bag take the seat bottom off my rig take the armrests off and sleep on that on the ground. I'm planning a double world record charity ride crossing NL by the trailway twice 1,760km for the longest journey on a golfcart and most distance traveled in 24 hours I figure I could push that to 35km/h for ten hours and well surpass the 242km current record. I'm just looking for people to join me. ill be leaving from Grand Falls Windsor going up around to Port Aux Basque then all the way to St Johns then back to Grand Falls Windsor
