Looks like a really good time and very well prepared. You put any more supplies on the utv you’re gonna have to put some 1 ton springs on it. 😂
Haha I know right. Maybe next year I'll trade up for a utility style with a bigger bed. We had the time of our life Tom. Can't wait to do it again.

Good morning Brock. I've learned so much and I'm glad to share it.
Now you're in a pretty scenic area yourself lol.
I have a good buddy over in Sydney who I use to travel back and forth to Montreal with for a couple of years before I retired. We're close enough maybe someday our paths will cross with any luck at all

Kenny
Thanks you, yes I had the privilege of being born here lol.
My little channel gets me out around the island occasionally usually with my dog Tucker.
Love the outdoors.
@@tuckerandi Lucky man, Tucker reminds me of the best dog I never owned. We took care of a chocolate lab named Sophie, she was kind and beautiful. I'll be getting my own when the time is right. Nice chatting with you, can I have your first name?
@@OpenAirAdventure sure I'm Garry , sorry took a while to get back I left to go in the woods with Tucker of course. Tucker is awesome I got him from a local breeder On A Rock Labs in Eastport Newfoundland
@tuckerandi Garry, nice to meet you sir, you and Tucker have a great day.
You must have been a Boy Scout growing up, there motto is always Be Prepared
Haha, no, Franky taught me that. And storm chips.
I bet u went over somewhere around the week of July 15 or 16. My truck is sitting there lol. We went over for first time it was awesome
We to wre driving cfmotos
Thats awesome, good eye.Yes, right around that time. Last week in July into the first week of August. Our first time too, it was incredibly. Thanks for stopping by.
@@JamesLangille-oi6pl oh nice, what were they, how do you like cfmoto so far?
I was driving 2023 zforce Gen 2 950 sport, brother had a 2022 zforce 800 ex, other was a 2021 zforce 500
We just did the west coast, put on 994 km
23 zforce 800 1st gen. It seems ok. Week bushings and week replays is my only problem. Everything else seems tough. Those 950s are nice.
Wow what a trip! How many moose did you guys come across? Any major faults found with the CF Moto?
Hey Alex. Two moose and two Caribou. They were coming out at night so we missed many. The cfmoto worked great, we had a starter relay act up but that's it. I'm going to replace it, I think they are $20. I think it stuck open on occasions so sometimes just a tap on the relay and it started.
Looks like you are planning a rendezvous with Murphy. You should be able to handle about anything he sends your way
Some preparation and a little luck went a long way. Lots more video coming up.
@@OpenAirAdventure can't wair
Hey I'm thinking of doing this next summer. I live in NS already, but what I've always wondered is where people keep their vehicles that they hauled their atvs/utvs. Any insight on this? I know there is a private parking lot next to the terminal.
Hey there. Yes there's a spot across the road. A and L parking, it's $150 for 10 days. So here is what you do. Book the parking, then the day you arrive at the ferry drive right in and register. Then they'll let you exit out the side by the parking, unload and drive your atv in the way you came out.
@OpenAirAdventure okay, like I said I always wondered how they did it. I've used that parking lot a few times before(actually 3 weeks ago, when i went home for a visit). I figured I'd just off load the Grizzly at that parking lot and buzz down the road to the terminal. But your way seems the level route hah.
@@BangBangSticks for sure, either way works. Guys will drive on the road right from the parking lot, I've never heard of an issue. But it would suck if a prick cop towed your rig.
hotel? nawh screw that just bring a sleeping bag take the seat bottom off my rig take the armrests off and sleep on that on the ground. I'm planning a double world record charity ride crossing NL by the trailway twice 1,760km for the longest journey on a golfcart and most distance traveled in 24 hours I figure I could push that to 35km/h for ten hours and well surpass the 242km current record. I'm just looking for people to join me. ill be leaving from Grand Falls Windsor going up around to Port Aux Basque then all the way to St Johns then back to Grand Falls Windsor
Good luck with your charity ride Matt
