He acquired a cofectionery recipe from an authentic French chef.
He added an ingenious arrangement to techniques he learned from the Frenchi chef Mr.Denis Ruffel.
Kitakyushu City certifies persons with superior skills as "Kitakyushu Waza-no Tatsujin(masters of Kitakyushu skills)".
He is one of the "Tatsujin".
