    Thanks for this. There are many other videos on RUclips about calculating eigenvectors given eigenvalues, but they all seem to involve arbitrary methods of simplifying equation coefficients, as well as arbitrary choices of values for one of the variables, based on insight into the particular example being used. In contrast, this method is general and seems always to work, with no choices to be made other than which pair of equations to use (see above). It is therefore exactly what I needed for implementation in code.
    The only thing I don't understand is what the equal signs really mean when you write x = y = z, especially when you have a denominator of zero (y / 0) in the first example.

    Thank you tremendously sir , this your method is very simple. I couldn't validate linear algebra 2 because finding eigen vector was a nightmare to me.

    Sir, while calculating for the eigen vector what should we have to do if we must have to take the both equation that are same and the remaining third equation should be 0 on this case answer was different and the solution didn't match that answer.

    Mathspedia Professor,
    How do you use the Easy Method to solve for a 4x4 and a 2x2 matrix ?
    How do you formulate the Quartic equation aX^4 - bX^3 + cX^2 +d ?
    Where you need 1, s1, s2, s3, s4 for the quartic equation.
    A = [[ 1, 0, 0, 0 ],
    [ 0, 1, 5,-10 ],
    [ 1, 0, 2, 0 ],
    [ 1, 0, 0, 3 ]]
    = (h− 1) (h-1) (h − 2) (h − 3). // h = lamda char, h^4
    and the eigenvalues are
    h1 = 1, h2 = 2, and h3 = 3. (Note that h1 = 1 has a multiplicity of 2.)

      @@BANJU_YT It's always better to take common,so that you will get small numbers and multiplication will be less complicated.
      You can do without taking common also ,will arrive at same answer .

      simply solve the characteristics equation by taking common and use middle term splitting method to find the roots of the equation.
      Here he completely solve the equation instead of taking common terms out
