@@BANJU_YT It's always better to take common,so that you will get small numbers and multiplication will be less complicated. You can do without taking common also ,will arrive at same answer .
simply solve the characteristics equation by taking common and use middle term splitting method to find the roots of the equation. Here he completely solve the equation instead of taking common terms out
