    Very nice machine Greg. congratulations!!!! Let me give you a tip: always start and finish the cut on the trailing edge side if you want to have a nice, thin trailing edge on your piece.

      Thanks for the advice. I will consider this option in the generation of the gcode then.

      Hello. I made this machine from scraps materials . Reused aluminium profile and old bearing. So I m not sure you could find all what you need. However I can send you the cad files (freecad format) if you want to get the concept.
      My advise is to visit the site of Keith: everything you are looking is there

    4 axis machine means it can cut swept back trailing edge or swept back leading edge wings or only straight leading and straight trailing edge wings?

      @@RCAeromodels hi. It can cut either swept back or swept forward rectangular or tapered wings.
