Great video dude. I didn't know the device came with a mount included. I was umming and aahing about purchasing one and that has sold me. Well explained also. Cheers.
Great video - I really appreciate the level of detail you have shown while explaining the setup process as most other reviews I have seen didn't really explain that part! What is your impression so far compared to the Garmin 830 - now that you have had the chance to use it for a while? I'm also choosing between the Bolt V2 and Garmin 830, mainly for navigation/bike-packing and recreational riding and would really appreciate your insight here. also, 16:16: nice ;)
Yes, you can use Di2 buttons to change pages, but you can only scroll forward through the pages on the Wahoo. One Di2 button moves the page forward, and the other triggers a lap. They aren't customizable (they can be customized on Garmin to go forward, back, lap, etc.) but they do work as long as your Di2 has the DFLY or is the new 12sp stuff.
@@utahcanyoncycling thanks. I have a 1040 and heavily use the di2 buttons for flipping Right, flipping left, hold one and go right to elevation page. I have about 6 pages. I may get rid of my 1040 solar and go to bolt 2 (foe numerous reasons mostly about gradient and Strava live segments) and I know I will lose many of these things- crazy Wahoo cannot even get it to flip left and right. How is it having to flip thru all to the right just to get back to the one you want?
@@BarryJHoffman It's not my favorite. I have 5 or 6 pages so I usually end up hitting the forward button quickly hoping to get to the page I want faster, but then I usually overshoot due to the slight UI lag. So, I have to cycle through the pages again. It's my own fault, but it's just not as easy as hitting back when you've gone one page too far.
Gran video gracias por su tiempo 👏

I working on a more detailed comparison video right this very minute. I'll upload it before the end of the week!
Does it have the virtual rider like on the garmin ? I love that feature.
It does not. It has some pacing features, but not a virtual partner feature.
Do you use di2 buttons to change pages ?

@@utahcanyoncycling thanks. Bought bolt 2 to try. Hated it. Returned. Just like you said. Keeling6 garmin 1040
