The A4 1.4 TFSI is almost indistinguishable from the top spec 2.0 TFSI. Specifications are almost identical too. I reckon this is a good buy too - buy it, thrash it, then change the rims to 19" ones.

I googled search for the torque figure is 250nm, not 210nm as u mentioned. And the bmw 1.5L 3 cylinder engine torque numbers actually lesser at 220nm. Probably RWD bmw layout will have livelier power delivery as it pushes u instead of pulling u in an Audi...

Suspension doesn't actually lower when 'Dynamic' selected, just firms up together with steering.

Sometimes i need to NOT indicate because that fella's actions shows he will close the gap if i were to indicate. I'm not good in following the law blindly but i'm pretty good in defensive driving lol

Still haven't figured out the workings of the wide air vent. It's supposed to be opened or closed by touch sensitive centre console, but no difference. Thinking it's for show only?

Note: The key neatly fits into spring clips in cup holder. Stops it rolling about if not in your pocket.

+raj 08 yes it's definitely higher, but most Awd cars are coupled on demand. Full time ones like Audi and Subaru has improved so much that their consumption is comparable to 2wd cars

Hi, I have 2016 BMW 320I, I am thinking to change my car and I have never driven an AUDI, so, which is better to drive? BMW 320I or AUDI A4 1.4??!
320i. .... to add ..... if it is just outright handling. But if you look at driving enjoyment .... including normal driving cruising .... going in town ..... the A4's experience is quieter ... more serene .... sound proofing is two magnitudes better etc ....

320i more power and good to drive. Rwd. This A4 if Fwd, less power but better interior I would say.

You mentioned preferring this suspension compared to the 2.0 - referring to the 252hp 2.0 Quattro or the 190hp 2.0 Ultra?
+Munwai Cheaw oh was referring to the quattro. The ultra's suspension is brilliant.
Bobby Ang just compared spec sheets and it seems both 2.0s, the ultra and the Quattro have the same adaptive comfort suspension. Maybe it's between the 17" on the ultra vs the 18" on the Quattro?
+Munwai Cheaw maybe, but the quattro is heavier, thus the damping tuning has to be different. Definitely their suspension isn't absolutely identical given each are optimised with their weight.

Get the 2.0 TFSI and upgrade to Virtual Cockpit.

Arun12b true but VW is still VW and Audi is Audi. Interior design and details still better in the A4 1.4 than Passat. But the 2.0 is awesome.
