Don't use this if your house is south facing. The lead pointing sealant failed during summer hot days. It became weak and was cracking

I have used the Souldal equivalent lead sealant and it works very well,better than mortar.Just make sure the area is very clean,no dust or dirt.Very sticky stuff.White spirit does take it of if you get it on your hands or anywhere else.

Just use low modulus clear sealant... Much neater finish.!

Used low modulus on lead for years,much neater and less messy to work with,a good old bita spit on the finger to smooth it off and the jobs a goodin
