This is at Sicily Island Offroad Park in Louisiana. This hill is at the end of Baby Steps

Not to my knowledge. Which is why it's the bounty hill. It's definitely climbable, it's just going to take a seriously built rig and very good driver.
To me that’s an unclimbable hill like there isn’t even a path
The right buggy with enough horsepower can make the climb.
