Just received an 525SE, and are trying to follow the instructions. Lego and Ikea sets are excellent introductions to this kind of assembly, so mostly not many problems following the instructions. Twho things, so far in my assembly, though. 1. The hole for the door hinge bracket on the right wasn't lined up, so I couldn't get a screw into the hole as only half the hole was exposed. The grill seem to be seated properly, so it can't go any lower to expose more of the hole. Also, there's a lot of wiring and gas-lines just about there in the one I got, so it would be a bit fiddly getting a clear shot with the driver. As the bracket is "only" holding the door, I've just used a strip to secure it, and that seems to work. I expect this will be "good enough", as strips has been used on wiring and gas-lines in other places around the same area. 2. I'm a bit worried about the sideburner. Is it correct that the nozzle on the hose should it should just connect to thin air? It looks like the gas can go anywhere including around the burner. Looking at various videos, though, it looks like this is the normal setup for this kind of burner. Im just wondering... Just in case, I'll contact seller before I attempt to fire it up. I don't really want boom.

I am sorry, but this video is not really helpful. You cannot see anything, because it was filmed too far away or his hands are in the way or it is too dark inside. And commentary instead of music would have been helpful too.

The one step I am trying to figure out, and the instructions are blocking what he’s connecting the cord to. Seriously??? (8:54)

@@NapoleonProducts I try to do this step but it feels like my cord isn’t long enough
