Yes, they pass behind the Garage Station and you can get some good photos if they're landing on the South Runway from the East. I got plenty of photos, but realised after my trip I neglected to film an arrival for the vlog...
Annoyingly hotels in Dublin are prohibitively expensive. Demand really seems to outstrip supply and they're not at all good value for money 😪
Even in the city centre they're quite pricey. Especially compare to the likes of London & Amsterdam for example, which is ironic considering its the home of Ryanair and you can get some insanely cheap flights from Dublin!
