I have a 2nd pair of lightly used white RZRs in size large that I received for free if you want to do a review
I honestly thought they'd make the cell v gloves look a lot cooler. But, I guess function over looks is more important.

Have the rzr...... those straps get cut
You can just fold them backwards against the inside of the glove, that's why they're so long, and then fold them out when you want them on your stick
